Front desk and restaurant staff friendly and accommodating. Room on upper level in the back (above restaurant area), very quiet. Included refrigerator and electric kettle. TV service adequate. Safe is in room. Very convenient to walk downtown and old town as well as to the harbor front. Friend dropped me off but used local bus to airport bus, no problems. One of the closest beaches is Falckensteiner, it's ok if you aren't aware of it. ;) Tourists will prefer Laboe.

Located near a park and a few minutes walking from pedestrian area, this hotel is really nice and quiet. Room is small but comfortable, bathroom with spacious shower and toiletries, safe. Coffee and tea as well as water are available in the room. Breakfast buffet which offers a variety of choice. Parking available. You can also buy drinks at the reception. Bar is open in the evening and serves nice cocktails.

Super friendly and hospitable staff, very comfy and large beds, maritime decor that doesn't feel cheap. Overall, the Conti has a sophisticated and cared-for feel about it that makes me feel welcome.

Fantastic location for cruise passengers as a short walk across a park, less than 5 minutes. Nice staff and great breakfast. Can keep cases secure until time to board. About 1 mile walk from train station.

Great hotel, old but cozy, Great breakfast, I liked question if I want to save 5 EUR and 1 day of cleaning. Parking quite small. Hotel placed in walking distance to Xmas market etc.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Good communication and close to the city center. Breakfast was good and always available at the designated times.

The room was fabulous, clean, modern and equipped with high quality furnishings. The breakfast in terms of presentation and quality could not have been bettered. As to the location, it was perfect! we could easily walk anywhere, Kiel which is friendly, safe and clean.

Vi use this hotel in last 5 years for two-nights stays on our way from Slovakia to Norway once a year - and this is really good choice. Hotel is just short walk from sea promenade, behind the hotel building is large green park with wild gooses. Rooms are allways perfectly clean, with comfort bed, kettle and refrigerator. Breakfast is just fantastic wide choice of local specialities, lot og fresh juices, good strong coffee, even prosecco ;)

The location is very central and most places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. The hotel has a small wellness, which we used once because it was rainy and we did not feel like walking in the city. Furthermore, there is a pool table, so it is also a nice way to spend the evening.

Perfect as allways, we use to use this hotell every year as a break in our way from Slovakia to Norway. Close to the sea walk, beautyfull park and city center with plenty restaurants. Breakfast is also just fantastic here, strong coffee, many local cheeses, even prosecco :-)
